Love these people, especially Matthew and Julia! So kind and professional, I’ve gotten countless piercings and have never had issues. Very clean and welcoming environment. They also have very reasonable prices and great jewellery selection.

I got a nose piercing done from Lauren and she was absolutely amazing and very friendly. I didn't like the ring that was put in and they were more than willing to change it at no cost. Prices were decent and shop was extremely clean. All the staff were friendly and approachable. Thank you so much for the great experience highly recommend

I wouldn’t recommend getting piercings here. The 1 star reviews are definitely right about that. Came for a belly piercing, everything was fine until my piercing was extremely painful, dry and inflamed for a few months following the aftercare. It is NOT a good idea to use alcohol on a piercing, it’s too harsh and will cause you a lot of problems. Not sure why this is the aftercare I was given.. then when I called back to express my concern I was told to use coconut oil on the area and continue following her aftercare. again, terrible idea. Now I’m left with a terrible scar because of the aftercare the piercer INSISTED I use.

The best piercing place I have been to so far! I’ve been taking my nieces for piercings for the last 5 years to different places and I took 3 of them here yesterday, Mathew was by far one of the best!!! He was so gentle and quick and no tears! They are already planning their next piercings and demand to go back to Mathew!

I brought my ring here to Matthew to be altered. First of all every other jeweller wouldn’t accept my ring and told me no without even really looking, and secondly they did an amazing job and so timely! Customer for life! It’s Perfect!

I had 3 cartilage piercings done in one day and I didn’t have to make an appointment. Great staff, great service and minimal pain. I will be back for more. I recommend this business to anyone who knows what they want and wants it done now!

I initially came here to have my navel pierced, but ended up going to New Tribe Tattoo & Piercing as it was a whim decision and heard great reviews. It ended up getting infected and I am still waiting for them to get back to me and rectify the issue. However, I am pleased with the detail, care, and information that I received from Matthew and his staff who were able to assist me and get my healing back on track by providing me with the correct jewelry and cleaning information, so I can get back into a healthier space. I just went in for a check-in and within 3 days I can see a huge difference from how it was when I initially came in. I am now going to get all my piercings and recommend others to go there as it has made an unfortunate situation and better one.
